Departmental billing statements are available on-line through the TORTE system (Telecommunications On-line Reporting/Requesting Tool for End Users.) Telecommunication services for Harvard departments - including phone lines, equipment, voice mail, calling cards, video/audio conferencing usage, circuits, and departmental solutions -- are billed to a department's 33-digit billing code. If you require information regarding access to TORTE, please call the Billing Department at 495-5457.

All questions and changes to department billing should be handled by the department's billing contact. Any billing disputes need to be brought to Telecom billing's attention within 60 days.
