Calling Card Dialing Instructions
Step-by-Step Dialing Instructions

When calling from the U.S. or Canada:

  1. Dial the toll free access number 1-866-299-0357
    (located on the front of your card above your calling card number).
     
  2. At the prompt "Please enter your authorization code", enter your complete card number (consists of your 10-digit calling card number and your 4-digit PIN).
     
  3. If calling the US or Canada:
    When you hear "Please enter the number you are calling", dial the area code + the number you are calling, followed by the # sign
     
    If calling another country:
    When you hear "Please enter the number you are calling", Dial 011 + the international number you are calling, followed by the # sign

When calling from another country:

  1. Dial the AT&T ‘direct access number’ for the country from which you are calling. This code is located in the small black booklet that came with your card (or visit www.att.com/business_traveler )
     
  2. Dial the toll-free access number 1-866-299-0357
    (located on the front of your card above your calling card number).
     
  3. At the prompt "Please enter your authorization code", enter your complete card number (consists of your 10-digit calling card number and your 4-digit PIN).
     
    If calling the US or Canada:
    When you hear "Please enter the number you are calling", dial the area code + the number you are calling, followed by the # sign
     
    If calling another country:
    When you hear "Please enter the number you are calling", Dial 011 + the international number you are calling, followed by the # sign

These instructions can also be found on the back of your new AT&T calling card.
