Calling Card Dialing Instructions
Step-by-Step Dialing Instructions
When calling from the U.S. or Canada:
- Dial the toll free access number 1-866-299-0357
(located on the front of your card above your calling card number).
- At the prompt "Please enter your authorization code", enter your
complete card number (consists of your 10-digit calling card
number and your 4-digit PIN).
- If calling the US or Canada:
When you hear "Please enter the number you are calling", dial the
area code + the number you are calling, followed by the # sign
If calling another country:
When you hear "Please enter the number you are calling", Dial 011
+ the international number you are calling, followed by the # sign
When calling from another country:
- Dial the AT&T ‘direct access number’ for the country from
which you are calling. This code is located in the small black booklet that
came with your card (or visit www.att.com/business_traveler
)
- Dial the toll-free access number 1-866-299-0357
(located on the front of your card above your calling card number).
- At the prompt "Please enter your authorization code", enter your
complete card number (consists of your 10-digit calling card
number and your 4-digit PIN).
If calling the US or Canada:
When you hear "Please enter the number you are calling", dial the

These instructions can also be found on the back of your new AT&T calling
card.
