communication services available to individual Harvard faculty
and staff members. To request one of these services, speak
with your department's Telephone
Contact.
- Sign up for new phone service or voice
mail service for your Harvard office.
- Request a move, change, or discontinuation
of telephone service.
- Request a calling card so you can place
long-distance business while travelling.
- Sign up for wireless
phone service.
- Arrange an audio
or video conference.
- Update your individual faculty/staff listing
or your department's listing in the Harvard directory.
- Update billing information
Access
services directly
Individual faculty and staff members can request
certain services directly, without working through their department
contact. For example, you can:
- Request repair
service for your Harvard office phone line or phone
set by calling 495-4900.
- Sign up for AT&T
Internet service so you can access the Internet from off-campus locations.
- Order Harvard and Verizon directories in small quantities
via an online order form.
