Request service through your department contact

You can click the appropriate links below to learn about communication services available to individual Harvard faculty and staff members. To request one of these services, speak with your department's Telephone Contact.

  • Sign up for new phone service or voice mail service for your Harvard office.
  • Request a move, change, or discontinuation of telephone service.
  • Request a calling card so you can place long-distance business while travelling.
  • Sign up for wireless phone service.
  • Arrange an audio or video conference.
  • Update your individual faculty/staff listing or your department's listing in the Harvard directory.
  • Update billing information

Access services directly

Individual faculty and staff members can request certain services directly, without working through their department contact. For example, you can:

  • Request repair service for your Harvard office phone line or phone set by calling 495-4900.
  • Sign up for AT&T Internet service so you can access the Internet from off-campus locations.
  • Order Harvard and Verizon directories in small quantities via an online order form.
