Audio Conference Rates:

Domestic (USA & Canada)

1. Self Service Audio Conferencing – Always On Acct:
   for departments that use conferencing services on a regular basis or want 7 x 24 access
   Cost: 4.9¢ / per minute per participant
2. Audio Conferencing Scheduled through the Harvard Operators.
   Cost: 10.9¢ / minute for each participant.

International:

Two options are available:

1. If conference leader does not want to incur cost of call: The Participant pays for call and the conference leader is billed for the conference bridge at 10.9¢ per minute per participant. A toll number is provided (noted on AlwaysOne Conference Card as “Backup Toll Access #), which leader is responsible for distributing to participants along with passcode.
2. If leader wants to incur total cost to call the international participant, press (*0) while on the call for the vendor operator and provide the international number.

For the cost per minute to call from the USA to a specific country, please enter the name of the country.

Please note: The total cost of the call, which includes all participants, will bill to Conference Leader’s Harvard University Phone Number.
