Domestic: 14¢ / minute
(except for Intrastate calls within 617 Mass, which are billed at 21¢/minute due to regulatory jurisdictions.)
International:
For the cost per minute to call from the USA to a specific country or from a specific country to the USA, please enter the name of the country.

Please note other cost components that will be billed back:
- Monthly Regulatory fees will be passed through as one summary charge per card.
- Mobile termination charge of 25¢ per minute will be passed through and included in the cost of the specific call to which it applies.
- Payphone surcharge of 56¢ per call will be passed through and included in the cost of the specific call to which it applies.
- A 50¢ per call charge will be applied to cover the vendor’s direct billing fees.
The total cost of the call will bill under the Calling Card number and will appear in TORTE.
