TELEPHONE TRAINING
UIS offers specialized training on services and products including:
1. Voicemail
2. Telephone equipment and repair
3. Directory listings (on-line, Harvard operators, automateddirectory, and printed book listings)
4. TORTE (electronic billing statements and reports; onlinework orders)
Telecom User Groups are offered to share and disseminate information
about new technology and service offerings, current services,
products and pricing, and general information to authorized contacts.
Training lab sessions are held at 1230 Soldiers Field Rd. on various
topics including hands-on training for voicemail and telephone equipment.
