LOCATE MESSAGES SENT
You can locate messages
sent to determine whether the user has heard your message. The system
plays each message from you that the recipient has not heard.
A message is considered "heard" when the recipient has reviewed
the entire message and taken an end-of-message action upon it such
as "erase" or "reply".
3-2
LOCATE MESSAGES RECEIVED
You
can ask the system to play messages sent to you from a specific subscriber
or from members of a specific group distribution list.
The system plays new and archived messages from that subscriber or distribution
list member. When using this feature, AMIS messages are treated as messages
from callers.
3-2-1
SOURCE IS USER OR LIST
Users
are individual subscribers with mailboxes on your system or in your
network. Users may also be members of group distribution lists.
3-2-2
SOURCE IS ALL CALLERS
Callers
are individuals the system does not recognize as users. Callers are
"non-subscribers."

SPECIFY USER BY NAME OR MAILBOX NUMBER
Use
this feature to narrow your message search to a specific subscriber.
You may enter a mailbox number, a group distribution list number, or
press # to spell by name.
