Listen to All Messages (Heard / Skipped)
By pressing
"1-1" at the beginning of a session, you hear all voice messages, including
those you have previously heard but skipped. If new messages arrive while
you are in your mailbox, the system tells you to check new messages before
you exit.

Replay Messages
At the
end of a message, you can press "4" to replay the message.
1-1-(Listen)-5
Play Envelope Information
You can obtain envelope
information while listening to the message or immediately after it ends.
You hear the sender's name if the message is from a user. Otherwise, you
will hear that the message is from an outside caller. You also hear the
date and time sent, message length, whether it is urgent and/or private.
For
archived messages, the time denotes when the message was sent. If you
play envelope information while listening, the system automatically resumes
playback of the message.
1-1-(Listen)-6
Send Copy Introduction
You can
send a copy of a message you have received to another user. Add your introductory
comments so the person receiving the copy will know you sent it. This
feature is useful when you receive a message that can be handled or should
be heard by another user. You cannot send a copy of a message marked private.
1-1-(Listen)-6-6
Send Copy & Remove Other Introductions
If
you receive a message with one or more prior introductions, you can
remove them and forward the message to someone else with your introduction
alone.
1-1-(Listen)-7
Erase Message
After review, you can erase messages you don't wish to keep by pressing
"7". Once you have erased a message, it is permanently
deleted.
1-1-(Listen)-8
Reply to Message
You can send a reply to a user's message immediately after you review
it without hanging up and re-dialing. That
person receives your reply as a message. While recording, you can use
recording controls to review and edit your response. You can also use
delivery options such as "private" and "urgent."
1-1-(Listen)-8-8
Reply to Message by Calling Sender
By pressing "8-8",
the system immediately transfers you to the extension of the person who
left you the message. If the person answers the call, the system automatically
logs you out of your mailbox and makes the connection. The message you
just reviewed will remain in your mailbox as a new, heard (skipped) message.
The call can only be transferred to a message sender who has an extension
on the same node.
