Using group distribution lists

A voice mail group distribution list functions like an e-mail distribution list. It allows you to send the same outgoing voice message to multiple Harvard voice mail subscribers, in a single operation. (You cannot include off-campus phones on a group distribution list.) The number of lists you can store at one time and the number of names you can include on a list will depend on your level of voice mail service.
