Using the right level of prompts
The Harvard voice mail system offers
three levels of prompts: standard, extended, and rapid. New users automatically
hear standard prompts, which cover the most frequently required voice mail features.
If you are interested in learning how
to use new features, you may want to turn on the extended prompts, which guide
you through all the available functions from the main menu. As you become familiar
with the system, you may want to switch on the rapid prompts, which allow you
to use the system most efficiently.
To turn on extended prompts, press
4-2-3-2
To turn on rapid prompts, press
4-2-3-3
To return to standard prompts,
press 4-2-3-1
