a.m. to 5 p.m. for any of the following:
- Questions or assistance when ordering Verizon wireless service
- Problems with your cellular phone or cellular service
- Assistance using phone or service features
- Billing questions or concerns.
Our staff can answer
many common questions. For more complex issues, we will refer
you to Harvard's dedicated Verizon representative.
If you have an urgent
question or problem during nights or weekends, when the UIS
Telecommunications office is not open, call Verizon at 1-800-922-0204
and explain that you are part of the Harvard Corporate Account.
Verizon will direct you to the most appropriate resource.

Once you have placed
your order, all routine questions, concerns, and service requests
should be directed to Verizon Communications at 1-800-922-0204.
Please have your cellular phone number and Verizon account
number available.
