HPPS is committed to helping make your transition to a new print provider as simple as possible. We have staff on hand to assist you with the return of the electronic files used to print your past orders at HPPS; please use the form below to request all transfers.
Please fill out as much of the form below as possible, and provide as much detail as you can to help us find your order. If you cannot provide us with an HPPS job number or Invoice Number we may not be able to find the specific job you are requesting.
We require that the request be sent by a Harvard or Harvard Affiliate customer; we cannot send files directly to your new printer.
Depending on how your order was originally produced, we may not have an electronic version of your job saved.
We will return editable versions of files including all linked graphics whenever possible. If no editable version is available we will provide the files in PDF format. We cannot return any fonts used in the job.
Files will be returned by email if the size allows, or burned on cross-platform CD if too large to email. Please allow up to 5 business days for return of files.
