Coursepack Production Recommendations

If your coursepacks are currently managed by the FAS Core program or GSE Course Administration offices, your process will continue unchanged. For all others needing coursepacks, the Harvard Procurement Office has reached an agreement with XanEdu and the Harvard Coop to provide a full line of coursepack services to the Harvard community.

XanEdu offers full-service coursepack production, including online ordering and status tracking with a dedicated account team, copyright clearance with full indemnification, and printing of course materials.

Once your coursepack has been produced, the Harvard Coop will handle student sales and distribution. Students will be able to purchase their coursepacks at the same time as they pick up their textbooks, eliminating the need to go to a separate distribution center and stand in line a second time.

To place a new coursepack order with XanEdu, please contact:

Or see below for more information about XanEdu and their account service team.

If you are a student looking to purchase a coursepack, please ask your professor or TA for up-to-date instructions.
