Order Process for Printed Directories
Harvard faculty, staff, and students may order printed Verizon directories. You can place an order by email -- the preferred method -- or by fax, or mail. Procedures are described below. Verizon directories take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
For all orders, a written or online request and a valid Harvard
ID are required.

Written directory orders
can be submitted in any of three ways:
Your request should include the following information:
- Your name and phone number
- Harvard ID #
- Your affiliation: faculty/staff, student, alumnus/alumna,
or other
- Ship-to information including
- The directory distribution contact for your department
- Building or room
- City, state, and zip code
- PLEASE NOTE: Only one ship-to address is allowed per
order.
- Quantity and type of Verizon directories you wish to order
(Boston/Cambridge White or Yellow Pages; North, South, or
West Suburban White Pages)
- Departments can special-order non-local directories. You
will need to provide a 33-digit billing code.
We would appreciate your due diligence when placing departmental book quantity orders to support conservation efforts on campus.
Each directory type is distributed at a different time of year.
