New Web Shopping Site for Departments Now Live!

Harvard University’s Software Licensing team at Technology Services is excited to announce the introduction of our new web shopping site. Our new web site offers Harvard University Departments greatly improved search capability and a more user-friendly interface to purchase software licenses and media. Departmental purchasers now have access to detailed information on such topics as Program Renewals and Vendor Relationships plus a new Glossary section.

If you have done business with Software Licensing in the past, you already have an established Department Customer number. In the event that you do not have a Department Customer number please call us at 617-496-7483 or e-mail us at software_licensing@harvard.edu.

How to start shopping:

To access our new site visit http://www.uis.harvard.edu/enterprise_licensing and click on the login button.

~ Login using your HUID and PIN

~ Provide your department customer number which is an eight-digit number comprised of your TUB and ORG.

~ At the New Account Set Up page enter an email address for your shopping account and choose whether or not to be added to our mail list.
The Default Fulfillment Method is set to FedEx Express Saver; other options include Customer Pickup or Email (Available for licenses only orders).
