Billing Disputes

Any billing disputes should be directed to PaeTec. All disputes must be made within 30 days of billing receipt. You need not pay any disputed charges within the 30 day period, but the balance of the bill is still due. If an investigation determines that you are liable for the deputed charges that amount is due immediately.
