"Crossed" cordless calls

When using cordless phones, because of the high density of phone lines at Harvard residences, there is a possibility of "crossed calls," where calls are incorrectly billed to a cordless phone. For this reason, PaeTec strongly discourages the use of cordless phones. If you choose to use one, you will be billed for any crossed calls attributed to your phone line.
