About your monthly phone bill
PAETEC phone bills (also called statements) are issued at mid-month. Visit the PAETEC web site at
https://www.campuslink.paetec.com/harvard.html
to review your detailed account information, get answers to frequently asked questions and to review rate
information for specific calls. To log into your account you will need your PBN and your 11-digit account ID
as printed on your account statement or PBN card. If you need additional instruction on how to review your
account on the web site, contact customer service at 6-8100 from any campus phone or 1-800-960-6555.
A $150.00 credit limit has been set for security and fraud protection purposes. If you exceed your credit
limit your PBN may be deactivated. Your PBN will be reinstated after payment is received. To eliminate your
credit limit or for questions about how your credit limit works, contact customer service. If your PBN is
deactivated due to exceeding your credit limit, you are still responsible for any additional fee incurred,
including any monthly service fees. If you want to extend your credit limit you must have at least two months
of good credit established in paying your bill on time. You may also extend your credit limit by providing a
credit card for automatic payment.
