If you can't solve a problem yourself and need to contact PaeTec, please be ready to provide the following information so we can ensure prompt service:

  • Your name and a phone number where you can be reached. (If your own line is out of service, please provide an alternate number so we can discuss the nature of the problem, make arrangements for room access, and keep you informed of repair efforts.)


  • The phone number of the troubled line.


  • The jack number. This 4- to 6-digit number is located on the phone jack. It helps PaeTec identify the exact jack location or installation or service purposes.


  • A description of the problem and any troubleshooting steps you have taken.
