IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PBN: Contact PaeTec on the web at www.campuslink.paetec.com/harvard.html
or call customer service at (800) 960-6555.
IF YOU DON'T REMEMBER YOUR PBN: Call PaeTec at (800) 960-6555.
IF YOUR PBN ISN'T WORKING: Your PBN may have been deactivated because your
PaeTec account is more than 60 days overdue. If so, you will need to pay your
outstanding balance before your PBN will be reactivated. You will also be charged
a late fee.
If your account is in good standing, be sure you are using the correct dialing
procedures for PBNs. Check dialing
tips.
You may have exceeded your credit limit. Contact PaeTec at (800) 960-6555 for
information on eliminating or raising your credit limit.
For security reasons, Harvard Student Accounts are established with a $200.00
credit limit. To eliminate or raise the credit limit, please contact PaeTec
Communications Customer service at (800) 960-6555.
