Support Services: About Us

As a part of University Information Systems (UIS), Support Services works closely with and compliments the work of other UIS groups including the Network Operations Center (NOC) and the Server Operations Center (SOC).

Support Services has three groups within it:

Desktop and LAN Support
Help Desk
Data Center Operations and Production Control

These groups provide technology support for a variety of computer hardware, computer software and network connectivity issues via phone, on-site visits and remote connections.
