Windows Installation Instructions
Internet Explorer plugin (version 5 or 6)
- Click here to download the Windows Internet Explorer Plugin
- On the "File Download" popup window, click Save.
- Save the "WindowsIEInstall.zip" file to a directory on your computer (for example C:\).
- Navigate to this save directory after the download is complete (using My Computer or Windows Explorer).
- Double click the "WindowsIEInstall" file to initiate WinZip, displaying the contents of the file.
- Click the "Install" icon on the WinZip TOOLBAR. Click OK in the "Install" popup window. WinZip will minimize the window and initiate the installation.
- Once installation is complete, click here return to the AWS3 HomePage.
Netscape plugin (version 4.7x)
- Click here to download the Windows Netscape Plugin.
- Click "Grant" in the popup window requesting additional privileges to install the plugin.
- Click "Grant" in the popup window requesting additional privileges to read preference settings.
- After successful installation, close Netscape and restart.

Macintosh
Installation Instructions
Internet Explorer webclient (version 5.x)
Netscape webclient (version 4.7x)
- Click here to download the Macintosh Plugin installer to the desktop.
- Double click the "Brio.Insight.MacPPC" on your desktop to initiate installation.
- Click "Continue" in the Brio Enterprise popup window.
- Read the License Agreement and click "Agree".
- Click "Install" in the "Brio.Insight.MacPPC" window.
- In the "Install software into folder" window, navigate to the folder in where the Brio plugin should be installed (e.g. Applications). You may choose to override the default destination folder name "Brio.Insight 6.5" for the plugin. Click "Install".
- Click "Quit" in the dialog box which asks whether you want to perform further installations.
- Once installation is complete, click here to return to the AWS3 HomePage.
NOTE:
The Macintosh webclient is supported for MacOS 8.1-9.2.
