Support Services is available to assist with Harvard IT support needs as follows:

Desktop and LAN Support
DLS provides support only to Harvard staff in DLS Client Departments with an active Service Contract for:
 

  • Computer equipment
  • Computer software
  • Network connectivity

Hours Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

The Help Desk staff provide Harvard-wide support to any Harvard user for:
