DLS Eudora Email: User Accounts
The Eudora license is restricted to Harvard schools and departments who participate in the Eudora site license
agreement. Questions should be referred to your local department's email contact.
CAMail
service, which is based on Eudora email, is offered to members
of Harvard’s Central Administration. Because participating departments
cover the cost of service, there is no charge to individual users.
Go to the Welcome
to CAMail page, scroll to the Account Settings section and
click on CAMail
Account Management Page (change password, vacation message, check quota)
to set a vacation reply.
Note: All requests for new user email accounts must come
from the local hiring manager. An online Create User Account Form should be completed for email account requests.
The DLS Help Desk supports CAMail as follows:
- Providing end-user support for staff who have a CAMail account in place.
This typically includes assistance using CAMail features, and
- Providing technical support for staff members who administer CAMail for
their local departments.
