Support Services: Harvard-Wide Support

The staff of the Help Desk provides support to any Harvard faculty, staff or students, who need assistance with the use of various Financial Administration and Human Resources applications. These applications require specific computer configurations to run properly. Please visit the ABLE website and click on the current desktop standards link for more information.

The Help Desk business hours for Harvard-Wide Support are:

  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
