  • The Help Desk is currently receiving training for the new Student Financial Services portal. This portal is used by financial offices throughout the University to FTP student data to Holyoke Center, as well as to view student loan data. Currently, there are a limited number of users of the portal. A larger roll out to the other schools is planned for March.
  • IBM is the new preferred vendor throughout Harvard. If you would like to see more information on hardware, visit http://www.uis.harvard.edu/support_services/supported.php and click on Current Standard Hardware and Software.
  • UIS is in the process of choosing a preferred handheld device. More information will be available soon.
