The mission of the Network and Server Systems Group is to strategically, proactively and collaboratively, develop, enhance and support critical infrastructure providing customer-driven, high quality and costeffective technology solutions for Harvard departments and schools. Due to the changing needs of the diverse Harvard organizations, NSS consistently evolves its customer service, personnel, infrastructure solutions and cost models to match the technology needs of its partners.
