Who we support
The Desktop and LAN
Support (DLS) group within University Information Systems
(UIS) provides IT support to a defined set of university departments
that have a service contract with DLS. These departments include:
- All University Information Systems (UIS) departments
- Office of the President and Provost
- Provost’s Global Health Initiative (GHI)
- Office of the Assistant to the President
- Office of Government, Community and Public Affairs
- University Governing Board
- Harvard Real Estate Services (HRES)
- Harvard Planning Allston Initiative (HPAI)
- Office of Human Resources (OHR)
- Financial Administration (FAD)
- Office of Administrative Systems (OAS)
- University Operating Services (UOS)
- Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study (RAD)
Technical staff and
end users from the above departments can contact DLS for assistance.
If your department
is NOT a DLS customer, review the list
of school and department IT groups to find the most appropriate
resource for your situation.
