Who we support

The Desktop and LAN Support (DLS) group within University Information Systems (UIS) provides IT support to a defined set of university departments that have a service contract with DLS. These departments include:

  • All University Information Systems (UIS) departments
  • Office of the President and Provost
  • Provost’s Global Health Initiative (GHI)
  • Office of the Assistant to the President
  • Office of Government, Community and Public Affairs
  • University Governing Board
  • Harvard Real Estate Services (HRES)
  • Harvard Planning Allston Initiative (HPAI)
  • Office of Human Resources (OHR)
  • Financial Administration (FAD)
  • Office of Administrative Systems (OAS)
  • University Operating Services (UOS)
  • Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study (RAD)

Technical staff and end users from the above departments can contact DLS for assistance.

If your department is NOT a DLS customer, review the list of school and department IT groups to find the most appropriate resource for your situation.

If you are interested in becoming a DLS customer, contact DLS by phone at 617-495-8411 or by email at dls@harvard.edu
