a.m. to 5 p.m. Contact us by phone, fax, e-mail, or online, as described below.

- Call 617-495-5450 to place orders or make inquiries about products and services.
- Call 617-496-4900 if you believe that newly purchased hardware is defective.
- Call 617-496-8324 (496-TECH) for information on warranty, warranty extension,
carry-in repair, contract renewal and on-site service. (On-site service is
available to departments only.)
