- In some cases, Repair Services may need to send a defective product to the manufacturer for repair.
- Any repair performed that is not covered under manufacturer’s warranty will be billed to the customer.
- Many manufacturers’ warranties do not cover liquid spills or physical damage (cracked LCD) unless customers purchase an accidental plan. AppleCare does not cover liquid spills and cracked LCD.
- Batteries are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for one (1) year from date of purchase.
- Re-Installation of the Operating System is a billable service.
- We do not provide data backup or data recovery services.
