For your convenience, we offer several ways to order Apple computers, Apple software, iPods, Microsoft and Adobe software and other products inventoried and sold through Technology Services (Lenovo and GovConnection products advertised in our catalogs and other printed materials are sold direct through each respective vendor and shipped direct to you from each respective vendor; an inventory of these products is not maintained by Harvard).
NOTE: If you are a Harvard affiliate or partner school and would like to place an order, a hard copy of a purchase order faxed or mailed to our attention is required; our online system does not accept purchase orders at this time.

When making your purchase in person at the Computer Product & Repair Center you will need to show your Harvard picture ID at the time of purchase. If your ID does not have a picture another form of picture ID will be required.
Personal orders picked-up or shipped within Massachusetts will be charged a 6.25% sales tax.
Online orders placed and shipped out of state will be tax-exempt with the exception of the following states:
Technology Services ships to personal purchasers (faculty, students and staff) via UPS and to departments via Harvard University Mail Services (HUMS).
We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we DO NOT ship to APO or P.O. boxes nor do we ship to international addresses; a complete U.S. street address and phone number is required at the time of order.

When will your order be shipped or, ready for pick-up?
In most situations, your order will be shipped or available for pick-up, at our 219 Western Ave. location in Allston, on the day of purchase if:
- your order is placed before 1 p.m Monday - Friday.
- the item is in stock and no additional installation is necessary (ie. memory installation)
In-stock orders placed
after 1 p.m. Monday - Friday will be shipped or ready for pick-up, at our 219 Western Ave. location in Allston
on the following business day (closed Saturday and Sunday). If memory or other options need to be installed or we need to order an out-of-stock item, expect it to take longer.
When can you pick-up your order? You will initially receive an "Order Acknowledgement" email when your order has been received. When your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up you will receive a second email stating that your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up.
Where do you pick up your order? Orders are available for pick-up at the Computer Product & Repair Center located at 219 Western Avenue in Allston (not at the Science Center location); we are located on the corner of Western Ave. and North Harvard St. just after Harvard Stadium on the right. Prepayment in full is required prior to pick-up. Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To pick up an order, you need to present a Harvard or affiliate picture ID. If your Harvard or affiliate ID does not have a picture of you a second form of state issued picture ID is required. Orders placed online are not available for pick-up at our campus store, the Computer Product & Repair Center in Harvard Yard.
