Return Policy

To report hardware defects or to report a return authorization, call 617-495-5450.

DEFECTIVE HARDWARE: Hardware deemed defective by Repair Services within 15 days of purchase will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty. After 15 days all defective hardware will be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty.

UNOPENED HARDWARE: Unopened hardware may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund when accompanied by the Technology Services sales receipt.

OPENED HARDWARE: Returns of opened hardware in the original packaging will be accepted within 15 days of purchase (with Technology Services sales receipt) and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. All open box returns must be accompanied with the original packaging.

SOFTWARE: Current versions of unopened software may be returned for a full refund (with Technology Services sales receipt). Technology Services will not accept returns on open box software.

DEFECTIVE SOFTWARE: Defective software will be exchanged for the same title and version (with Technology Services sales receipt).
